FAQ’s

Orders are subject to a processing time of 1-3 working days before despatch. Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon will be processed and despatched the following Monday. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed shipping policy

Standard Delivery may take up to 5 – 7  days  Express delivery will be up to 2 – 3 days, these delivery times exclude Sundays and Bank Holidays and are subject to order processing times, please see Shipping Policy

To make sure you receive your new order ASAP,  we’ll start processing your order as soon as we can. This normally means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel or edit it, this specially applies if the order is already in transit on it’s way to you. Please contact us as soon as possible

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email us at contact@elmay.co.uk as soon as possible, please see returns policy for instructions.

If you change your mind you can return your item for a refund within 14 days, excluding earrings (for hygiene reasons). All returns should be sent back unworn, in their original packaging and using fully tracked postage Returns Policy

If you have received a free gift with your order, and are looking for a full refund, you will have to return the entire order including the free gift. If however, you decide to keep some items from the order, you may keep the free gift if the parts of the order you keep mean that you’re still eligible for the free gift. Please email us at contact@elmay.co.uk if you need any help.

We do not offer free return postage on the 14 day return policy where you have changed your mind.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of faulty items.
