At Elmay UK we do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives when you expect it to, please see below estimated dispatch and delivery times.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Mainland UK only (Please see excluded postcodes in section 6)

2. Order Processing

Orders are subject to a processing time of 1-3 working days before despatch. Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon will be processed and despatched the following Monday. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

    At Elmay UK we offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs. All orders are sent as standard, you can choose express if you want your item sooner.

    5. Exclusions

    Channel Islands postcodes, GY* Guernsey JE* Jersey. IM* Isle of Man. Scottish Highlands and Islands AB* Aberdeen, DD* Dundee, HS* Isle of Lewis, IV* Inverness, KW* Orkney Islands,  PA* Paisley, PH* Perth and ZE* Shetland Islands.

    6. Disclaimer Locating your parcel

    If it has been more than 15 working days beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us by emailing us contact@elmay.co.uk, we will do our best to help locate your package.

    Please note:

    • We are not responsible for unclaimed packages or for packages where incorrect shipping information has been provided.
    • If your package is returned to us due to incorrect information or failure to claim, additional postage and packaging fees will apply for re-delivery.
    • Refunds for missing packages will exclude the original shipping fee if applicable.
